Floods have wreaked havoc in Pakistan. So far thousands of people have died and many have been injured in the devastating floods. It is being told that lakhs of people have also been affected by the floods. The floods in Pakistan, which is facing financial crisis, are like ‘flooding in poverty’

Many countries have come forward to help Pakistan. Neighboring country China has also helped Pakistan. Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has released a video regarding the help of China. In this video, he is heard praising China. Sharif said, ‘Xi Jinping has helped us in such times. This help gives us courage.

Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong has tweeted the video message of Pak PM Shahbaz Sharif. He said, ‘China and Pakistan’s friendship will be further strengthened in dealing with this severe flood. China-Pakistan friendship zindabad. 

How is the situation due to floods in Pakistan?

The situation in Pakistan is getting worse due to floods. More than three crore people have been affected by the floods. Apart from this, more than a thousand people have died. Apart from this, lakhs of people are living in the camp. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Wednesday that more than 6.4 million people in Pakistan are in dire need of humanitarian aid as devastating floods continue to wreak havoc in the country.
