In an e-mail sent to potential investors, Brishell said that we are inviting investment through a follow-on equity offering on Twitter at the actual price and terms. 

Tesla investor Ross Gerber, who invested $1 million in Twitter, has confirmed he has been approached to invest again. Explain that a large number of advertisers have withdrawn from Twitter after the acquisition by Musk.
