Whenever it comes to fitness, Virat Kohli’s name is at the top. Before the 3-match T20 series against Australia is about to begin, a new avatar of Virat appeared in the nets. Kohli, who found his form after a long time after performing brilliantly in the Asia Cup, also sweated his bowling before the T20 match against Australia to be played in Mohali. Kohli first sweated profusely in batting and then he also practiced bowling. Kohli tried his hand at bowling against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup.

Bowling in the nets up to 30 minutes

There are very few occasions when Virat has the ball in his hand instead of the bat, but during the practice at the Mohali ground, Virat Kohli practiced bowling for about 30 minutes. Looking at Kohli, it seems that he has no aversion to bowling in T20 cricket.

Kohli bowled in Asia Cup

Talking about the Asia Cup, Virat Kohli bowled after a long time. He bowled against Hong Kong in the second match of Group A of the Asia Cup. Virat played an unbeaten innings of 59 runs in 44 balls in this match. Apart from batting, Kohli tried his hand at bowling in this match. Kohli gave 6 runs in the bowling of 1 over. Virat bowled in this match after 6 years. Earlier, Kohli had bowled against West Indies in 2016. In that match, Kohli bowled 1.4 overs and also took 1 wicket for 15 runs.

In T20 cricket, Kohli seems to be thinking of trying his hand at bowling too, which is why he practiced bowling for 30 minutes.
