Asia Cup 2022: Former Pakistan cricketer Rashid Latif said & Indian young players are following MS Dhoni


Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif has described former Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s big hand behind the tremendous form and confidence of the young players. He believes that players like Hardik Pant Surya and Deepak Hooda have followed Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

The Indian team is full of confidence after beating Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022. Most of the batsmen in the team are seen in good form. The biggest thing is that Virat Kohli is also seen coming back in the form. 

If we talk about the middle order batsman, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya are seen in tremendous form. At the same time, batsmen like Rishabh Pant have not yet got a chance to do wonders in the tournament. At this time many cricket legends have praised the Indian team.

Young players are following Dhoni

Surya kumar Yadav reminded us of Mahendra Singh Dhoni Asia Cup 2022 

Surya kumar Yadav’s fireworks in the match against Hong Kong sealed India’s place in the Asia Cup 2022 Super Four with a 40-run win over Hong Kong in a Group A match at the Dubai International Stadium on Wednesday. Surya kumar Yadav hit 4 sixes in the last over against Hong Kong and took Team India’s score to 192 runs. 

He played great shots around the field. Surya, who completed his half-century in 22 balls, played an unbeaten 68 off 26 balls in which he hit 6 fours and 6 sixes. Thanks to his innings, the team set a target of 193 runs in front of Hong Kong and won the match by 40 runs by restricting the Hong Kong team to 152 runs. The way Surya kumar Yadav finished the match reminded him of Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
