1. Orange and Ginger Juice

2. Tomato Juice

3. Beet and Almond Juice

4. Leafy Green Vegetable Juice

5. Carrot Juice

Carrots contain skin-boosting vitamins and minerals, including both biotin and vitamin A. You can also add turmeric to it to enhance the benefits of the juice.

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, with therapeutic properties for the whole body. 

6. Apple and Mint Juice

This juice can be prepared by adding some mint leaves to the apple. Apples have a sweet and good taste, which are also anti-inflammatory. They also contain pectin, which proves helpful in increasing gut bacteria. Mint leaves clean the pores of the skin and make the skin soft and hydrated.
