1. Apple Will Keep You Healthy

Apple is considered the most beneficial fruit. This is because it contains a compound called polyphenol, which works to fight diseases. The peel of this fruit acts as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Apples work to take special care of the health of the heart, intestine and skin. This fruit also fights cancer. It is best if you eat this fruit at breakfast time in the morning. 

2. Orange will give benefits

There is hardly anyone who does not like oranges? Sour, juicy and packed with nutrients, oranges are also beneficial for diabetic patients. The hesperidin present in oranges takes care of your heart health and cholesterol levels. This fruit fights free radicals and helps in better absorption of iron. Folate, another compound found in it, prevents kidney stones from forming. Orange is acidic, so do not eat it on an empty stomach or after a healthy meal. Instead, you can eat it as a snack in between meals. 

3. Pomegranate slows down aging

Can pomegranate be eaten in diabetes? This is such a question, it is asked a lot and you will also find myths related to it. The answer is yes. Even if you are diabetic, you can eat pomegranate. Pomegranate is one such fruit, which is full of powerful antioxidants, that is, it contains more antioxidants than green-tea, which starts showing effect on the body in half an hour. 

Studies have shown that pomegranate seeds can increase your body’s insulin sensitivity and help control your blood sugar levels. This fruit prevents anemia, is good for your stomach, and boosts your immunity. You can eat it with or after a meal. 

4. Make sure to eat kiwi

Kiwi is such a fruit, which benefits every part of your body. The good thing is that it is delicious to eat too. Kiwi also contains vitamins B6, C, magnesium, calcium, and antioxidants. It is rich in fiber. Kiwi lowers blood pressure, and the vitamin-K present in it heals wounds quickly, which proves helpful in diabetes. This fruit also works to reduce bowel movements, manage weight and prevent kidney stones. Along with this, it also keeps the level of blood sugar under control. You can eat it before sleeping or as a snack.
