Best Time to Take Vitamin&D Supplement Throughout the Day

Vitamin-D Intake Vitamin-D is a nutrient that plays an important role in maintaining our health. In its deficiency, weakness, lack of energy, depression and not knowing what health problems can start.

Vitamin-D Intake: Vitamin-D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which is important for bone health. It also plays an important role in maintaining a strong immune system. In people who have low levels of vitamin-D in the body, consuming the supplement can reduce depression and improve strength. If you are thinking of taking a vitamin-D supplement, be sure to consult your doctor first.

Best time to take vitamin D supplements

According to health experts, vitamin-D supplements should be taken in the morning. That’s because if we’re getting vitamin D naturally from the sun, we’re synthesizing it during the day, so it’s better to take it in the morning. The main source of vitamin D is the sun. Deficiency of this vitamin leads to loss of energy and weakness throughout the day.

Sunlight is also very important

We get maximum vitamin-D from exposure to the sun’s rays. In summer time, even 15-20 minutes of sun rays falling on hands and feet two to three times a week is enough. The best time to take Vitamin D from the sun is from 10 am to 3 pm. During this, the heat of the sun becomes stronger, due to which the body will be able to take more vitamin-D in a better way in less time.

Which foods contain Vitamin D?

During winter, especially if you live in places where the sun does not get much, then you should make up for the deficiency of vitamin-D through food. Vitamin D is present in these foods:

• Salmon

• Red meat

• Egg yolk

• Mutton liver
